MediaMath quick info
MediaMath accepts Track calls. If you reference it in the Integrations object, call it “MediaMath”.
MediaMath accepts device-mode data only from Analytics.js.

Segment lets you change these destination settings from the Segment app without having to touch any code.
Ad ID for all pages
If you want to fire a conversion pixel on every page of your website (typically to block retargeting) then enter the mt_adid for that pixel here, along with the mt_id above.
